  My non-profit experience began in the mid-1990's and includes investment management and fund accounting for small and mid-size non-profits in Arizona. 

My background includes administering and monitoring fiscal sponsorships, acting as lead staff for annual audits, and ensuring solid processes and procedures are in place. 

From monthly review to annual audits, from conversations with the CEO to presentations to the Board, my expertise will be an asset to your organization.

 I have been a political consultant for 13 years, serving as Treasurer for candidates, ballot measures and independent expenditure committees. My candidates have ranged from school boards to City Council, County Supervisor, State Legislature and Governor. I am a hands-on Treasurer, performing all the required accounting functions and preparing Campaign Finance Reports on multiple platforms with ease and expertise. My skill in political accounting, reporting and compliance brings a depth of knowledge to the teams I serve. 

My extensive background in leadership and organizational management means I am well equipped to assist in an Interim capacity, bridging a leadership gap during  organizational turnover or leaves of absence.
